How do you count active GPUs?
We count distinct GPU UUIDs that reported metrics in the last 7 days. A machine with 8 × H100s counts as 8 GPUs. Scale up or down — billing adjusts automatically.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of full Starter-equivalent access for up to 8 GPUs on 1 machine. No credit card required. At day 7 you choose a plan or the dashboard goes read-only — your data is preserved for 30 days.
What is the annual discount?
Pay yearly and get 20% off — Starter drops from $15 to $12 per GPU/month, Pro from $12 to $9.60. Billed as one annual invoice.
When am I billed?
Monthly plans bill at the end of each cycle. GPU count is sampled daily — you pay for the peak seen that month. Annual plans are invoiced upfront for the year.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer volume discounts for large fleets?
Yes — Enterprise pricing starts at $8/GPU/month and includes a negotiated flat minimum. Contact us for a quote if you run 50+ GPUs.
